• All registrations are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including but not limited to illness, visa issues, or personal emergencies).

• If a registered participant is unable to attend, the seat may be transferred to a colleague, provided that the substitute meets all minimum eligibility criteria for the specific course.
• Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing to hello@supramicro.com at least 5 days before the course start date.
• All transfers are subject to review and approval by the SupraMicro course faculty.

• Photographs and/or videos will be taken during the course for promotional or educational purposes.
• By registering, participants consent to the use of their image, unless they opt out in writing before the start of the course.
• Participants are allowed to take photographs and/or videos during the training courses, strictly for personal use. Posting these photographs and/or videos on the Internet, including social media, is strictly forbidden if they show experimental animals. By doing so, the participant assumes full legal responsibility and may be prosecuted under animal protection laws.
