SupraMicro is a surgical education initiative hosted at ORSI Academy, Belgium, operated under the direction of Prof. Dr. Alexandru Nistor and affiliated with the University Hospital Brussels (UZ Brussel).

Registration and payment are handled exclusively via the ORSI Academy booking platform.
A participant’s seat is confirmed only upon full payment through ORSI Academy.
Course fees are exclusive of travel, accommodation, and personal expenses, unless explicitly stated otherwise by ORSI Academy.

Professional specialty
Any other information you voluntarily provide
All registrations are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including but not limited to illness, visa issues, or personal emergencies).
No partial refunds or credit notes will be issued for unattended course days.

Send updates about upcoming training courses (e.g., SupraMicro Core and Expert)

We will only contact you if you have explicitly opted in by checking the “I agree to become a member of SupraMicro” checkbox.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, the seat may be transferred to a colleague, provided that the substitute meets all minimum eligibility criteria for the specific course.
Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing to hello@supramicro.com at least 5 days before the course start date.
All transfers are subject to review and approval by the SupraMicro course faculty.

In the event of course cancellation by SupraMicro or ORSI Academy (e.g., due to force majeure or insufficient enrollment), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
SupraMicro is not responsible for any non-refundable costs incurred by the participant (e.g., travel, accommodation).
